Transport

Flights

Alghero-Fertilia International Airport is located 10km from the port of Alghero. The airport is currently used by 6 airlines, guaranteeing low-cost links with several European destinations. Ryanair connects Alghero with London Stansted (and, from October 2006, with Liverpool). Transit to and from the airport can be booked at the harbor office in advance via e-mail.

Shuttle Bus

A regular shuttle bus service connects Alghero-Fertilia Airport with the city of Sassari.

Taxi

A taxi rank is located in the vicinity of the harbor area.
Taxis can also be booked by telephone.

Ferries

A ferry service runs between Porto Torres (30km away) and the mainland.
