The processing operations deployed do not include the use of cookies to trace users' browsing patterns.

Marina di S. Elmo S.r.l. carries out processing operations on the personal details supplied by e-mail or through webforms (contained in the Bookings and Contacts section). These processing operations are necessary in order to respond to customer requests and comments and to fulfill all commercial, fiscal, administrative and information-based obligations relating to our business.
To this end, and in accordance with the terms of Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/03 (the Italian Data Protection Act), we hereby provide users with the following information on the data processing operations we intend to carry out.
